WHAT COULD YOU BUILD?

Not another idea.
A product a school can use.

We're taking the work you've already proven and turning it into an asset that can live beyond the hour you're personally standing in front of the client.

📱

A school-based app

Turn a proven process, framework, or methodology into a digital tool schools can use.

📲

An observation app

Capture evidence, observations, progress, or implementation data in a usable system.

🧰

An implementation kit

Facilitator guides, participant tools, monitoring, instructions, and everything needed to run it.

📚

A curriculum

Lessons, facilitator materials, assessments, participant resources, and supporting tools.

🔐

A licensed resource

A framework, assessment, app, toolkit, or system schools pay to use.

If it's an app, we're building the app.

If it's a toolkit, curriculum, implementation system, or licensed resource, we're building the actual thing. You are not coming to learn about product creation. You're coming to create the product.

We start the thinking before you ever get on the plane.
WE START BEFORE ORLANDO

Arrive ready to build.

We are not spending Saturday figuring out what you might make. Guided pre-work gets the decisions started before you arrive.

Your guided pre-work nails down:
  1. Your buyer
  2. The product
  3. The problem it solves
  4. Your intellectual property
  5. How the product makes money

THE EXPERIENCE

Three focused days.
One job: finish the thing.

1
Friday • 6:00–9:00 PM

Commit + Map

You arrive with the thinking underway. We commit to one product and build the exact production plan so we know what “done” looks like.

2
Saturday • Starts 10:00 AM

Build It

This is production day. Build the app, curriculum, toolkit, implementation system, or licensed resource plus the supporting materials it needs. An IT specialist is in the room for technical support.

3
Sunday • 10:00 AM–2:00 PM

Test + Prepare to Sell

Put the product in other people's hands. Test it, fix friction, then tighten the positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, and buyer explanation.

REAL PRODUCT TESTING

Somebody besides you needs to use it.

Build in the room

Focused work blocks. Direct support. Other serious educators building beside you. IT help when technology gets stubborn.

Test in the room

If it's an app, someone clicks through it. If it's a toolkit, someone follows it. If it's a curriculum or implementation kit, someone uses it.

6months of “I'll get to it” compressed into one focused weekend.
WHY IN PERSON?

Get away.
Get quiet.
Get it done.

Your phone, email, clients, family, work, and regular obligations stop competing with the product.
You have protected time to think, work, make decisions, test, and finish.
You're surrounded by high-achieving educators who understand exactly why this matters.
Sometimes you don't need another course. You need the time, support, and deadline to get the thing done.
